Various Shooting Functions

For picture quality mode, select normal mode (N) or fine mode (F), depending on the
desired compression ratio.
Normal mode: The compression ratio is high, resulting in a small file. Normally,
shooting is done in this mode.
Fine mode: The compression ratio is low, resulting in a large file, but the picture quality
is better than in Normal.
The number of images that can be stored in the internal memory or SD memory card
depends on the [PIC QUALITY/SIZE] setting. (GP.173)

Turn the mode dial to 5/3 .

Press the C/D button.
The Shooting Setting menu is displayed.

Press the " button to select [PIC QUALITY/SIZE] and
press the $ button.

Press the !" buttons to select
the desired setting.

Press the C/D button, or # button and press the
C/D button.
The setting appears on the screen.
