vendor with the Archdiocesan Purchasing Department of Indianapolis for the purchase or

lease of copiers, printers and multi-functional devices. Effective immediately, all

Archdiocesan parishes, schools, agencies and offices of local ministry in Central and

Southern Indiana are eligible to participate and benefit from our competitive pricing and

service level agreements.

As your document resources consultant, I encourage you to contact me at our local

Indianapolis office and schedule a time to meet and review your current contract(s) and

compare what we have to offer. I am confident that the Archdiocesan agreement we have
