Canceling a Print Job

Double-click the printer icon on the Windows taskbar.
A window appears, showing all the print jobs that are currently queuing to
be printed. Check the current status of the job you want to cancel.

Select the name of the job you want to cancel.

On the [Document] menu, click [Cancel].

❒ You can also open the print job queue window by double-clicking the
printer icon in the [Printer] window.

“Job Reset?” appears on the panel display.

Select between canceling the job currently printing and canceling all jobs
(including the job currently printing) using {

Note
❒ It is also possible to annul the cancellation. Resume printing is resumed by
selecting "Resume Print", and then pressing [Enter].
