Message Cause Solution

The ink of the ink cartridge has

been nearly used up.

Press the key to check the rel-

evant Eco-cartridge. Be careful because

it may be INK NEAR END soon.

Ink could not be supplied to the

damper.

Perform “DAMPER ( P.5-6) ” of the

maintenance. Also check the remaining

amount of ink in the Eco-cartridge.

Even if you performed this, when the

message is displayed, contact your local

distributor to call for service.

The liquid level sensor abnormality

of the damper has been detected.

Turn off the power to the machine and

turn it on after a while.

If the same error message appears

again, contact your local distributor to

call for service.

Overflow from the damper has been

detected.

Perform “DAMPER ( P.5-6) ” of the

maintenance. Also check the remaining

amount of ink in the cartridge.

Even if you performed this, when the

message is displayed, contact your local

distributor to call for service.

Though a certain amount was con-

sumed, there is no change in the

damper sensor High.

Though a certain amount was con-

sumed, there is no change in the

damper sensor Low.

To prevent settling out in the white

ink pack, this is displayed periodi-

cally.

Following the procedures, shake the

white ink cartridge. ( P.1-14)

The machine temperature is high.

Adjust the ambient temperature of the

installation place.

The machine temperature is low.

Time to replace the white ink filter with

a new one has come.

Following the procedures, replace the

white ink filter. ( P.4-34)

After “error 710 HEATER TEMP

ERROR” has occurred, the power is

forcibly turned off, and when you

restart it, this is displayed.

If the ERROR 710 appears again, con-

tact your local distributor to call for ser-

vice.
